Plump Fresh Whole Cooked Shrimp

Plump whole shrimp, heads and shells on, their bodies a bright translucent coral-pink with fine white banding and long sweeping antennae. They arrive cooked and ready to serve.

The flesh is sweet and firm, with the clean snap that only really fresh shrimp have. Eat them simply with a dip of soy and ginger, add them to a seafood platter, or fold them through a salad while still cool.
